For most of my life, I have been an entrepreneur, a builder, and someone who believes that the best part of life is still ahead.
I spent many years owning and operating a construction business. I know what it means to show up every day, work hard, solve problems, take care of people, and build something you can be proud of. I also learned something important along the way: time is the one thing we can never get back.
After years of hard physical work, injuries changed the direction of my own journey. Like many people entering a new chapter of life, I had to rethink what the future looked like—not as an ending, but as an opportunity to build something different.
That experience is one of the reasons NorthReach was created.
I realized that many people approaching Medicare are in a similar place. They are not “slowing down.” They are redefining what the next chapter looks like. They may be traveling more, spending time with family, riding motorcycles, fishing, hiking, playing pickleball, exploring new places, or simply enjoying the freedom that comes from having more control over their time.
Too often, people are treated like a number, handed a stack of confusing information, and left to figure it out on their own. That is not how I believe people should be treated.
