Please do not submit a Medicare number, Social Security number, full date of birth, banking information, diagnoses, or detailed income information through a website form.
How information is used
NorthReach may use submitted information to respond to your request, operate and protect the website, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Squarespace and any connected form, email, scheduling, or security providers may process information to deliver those services under their own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices and security
You may ask NorthReach to correct or delete contact information, subject to recordkeeping duties that may apply. NorthReach keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable requirements.

Adventure 65 stays separate
Adventure 65 is an inclusive community program, not a Medicare sales list. Participation does not require an insurance relationship, health information, or a plan discussion.
Adventure 65 signup or event information will not be reused for insurance outreach unless you give separate, express permission.

Carrier relationships
NorthReach works with several insurance carriers, including UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Devoted Health, Kaiser Permanente, and others. Carrier availability and Steve’s appointments may vary by county and plan year.
Mention of a carrier does not imply endorsement, and no enrollment outcome or benefit is guaranteed. NorthReach may receive compensation from a carrier when permitted if you enroll through NorthReach.
